It is a new type of asphalt pavement patching vehicle fully integrates the development concept of high efficiency, environmental protection and resource saving into the product.It is a multi-purpose, energy-saving, environmental-protection and efficient road maintenance machine. It has the functions of old asphalt mixture regeneration, new asphalt mixture mixing, asphalt heating spraying, emulsified asphalt spraying, pavement heating and compaction, power generation, power output, hydraulic output and other functions. The patching vehicle is mainly composed of a frame, a rotating drum, a feeding mechanism, a generator set, and auxiliary equipment. In addition to satisfying the heating control system of the rotating drum, the generator can also provide external power supply, and can be equipped with electric cutting machines, electric hammer, etc. The truck is also equipped with an emulsified asphalt tank and an automatic spraying system. The front end of the truck is equipped with the vibratory roller through the front suspension device to meet the vibratory compaction function of the patched road surface. The asphalt mixture used for patching the pavement is output by the drum regenerator, and the regeneration speed of the mixture is fast, which is suitable for patching various distresses of the asphalt pavement. The bottom of the pot to be repaired is sprayed with emulsified asphalt or hot bitumen, new asphalt is added, then leveled and compacted. During the whole regeneration process, no other auxiliary equipment is required, and the patching work of the damaged road surface can be completed independently.
